Now...what is all this about peacock feathers being bad luck? I want the feathers as bad of the bouquet but apparatnly theya re bad luck? Do people still follow this anymore?

Not my wedding. But one I was at on Saturday helping out with flowers.

MaDonna and Ladell's theme was peacock. So I set about using purple, blue, aqua, and feathers in the arrangements. Overall, I'd say it wasn't half bad.

Well our wedding went off without major incidents happeneing. It was in the upper 80's & sunny which made for some cruddy lighting for photos, so we don't have any pro ones yet. I also couldn't see much becuase of the sun in my face so I don't know who else was taking photos ( Read more... )

We are getting married June 28th, so only 4 days left until we tie the knot! The last three months and flew by and I'm scrambling to finish up minor projects, but we are nearly there. I've complied all the pictures of everything we are doing here, so there are a lot.
